This is how CORE takes care of our customers IT Environment. A CORE System Administrator (SA) is
assigned to customers and is responsible for all regular maintenance of their IT Environment. The SA
proactively administers the customer IT Environment by applying all important software updates and
security patches on a regular schedule. Additionally the SA is responsible for troubleshooting all
system-wide issues in the customer IT Environment. When possible, updates and troubleshooting are
done remotely, to save time and minimize the impact on your work environment. When remote control
is not practical, your SA will be dispatched to solve the problem in person. Your SA will provide regular
status updates on the condition of your systems and any work performed.
