“Secure, Support , and Maintain”
- CORE utilizes a variety of tools and application solutions such as Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, and Anti-Spyware to reduce the risk from harmful content that can impair a systems operating efficiency
- CORE’s support team’s primary goal is to provide a permanent solution and not a temporary fix.
- CORE uses well documented processes to define and provide data backup, disaster recovery, and routine maintenance in an effort to reduce system downtime and loss of productivity.
CORE’s definition of a “Computer System” includes, but is not limited to, Servers and End User Computers. Computer Systems are always at risk with all the potentially harmful content found on the Internet in today’s world. CORE can help reduce these risks and provide better protection for a client’s system(s) by implementing applications that assist in prevention of malicious activity, such as Viruses, Malware, Adware, and Spyware. All of which will slow down the performance and productivity of the system and in severe cases cause complete failure.
CORE’s support can be as basic as a single system repair or restore, or as extensive as supporting multiple servers and end user computers in one or more client locations. Preventative Maintenance processes are proactive to ensure that the systems are operating efficiently, have the latest security or software updates, and a reduced the risk of system failure.
CORE offers privacy and peace of mind by securing, supporting, and maintaining the computer system so that it meets and exceeds industry compliance standards.
Benefits
CORE’s process includes a 5 stage methodology that designates business-use computer systems as production state. First CORE will survey the systems to determine the complexity. Then an Assessment of the existing system inventory, performance, security, manageability, applications, and future system requirements will be preformed. Next, a Design is created to document what is necessary for the existing systems to meet the requirements, and designated for compliance as a production system. Once the Design is approved, Assembly and testing is done in a lab environment to make certain the installation is as seamless as possible. Finally, the Installation of the designed systems into a production state. Once the 5 stage process is completed, CORE then recommends proactive routine system maintenance to keep the systems in a production state.
Data Backup and Disaster Recovery are too often overlooked. CORE knows any type of lost data can result in a loss of productivity and more importantly, financial loss. CORE offers both Data Backup and Disaster Recovery options to fit the need of any size client. CORE’s solution is redundant and utilizes off-site secure locations, Data Centers, around the nation to backup the client’s critical data. These solutions are also compliant with required industry standards.
