CORE's IT Device Repair service will repair a faulty device and provide use of a temporary device until
the customer's device is repaired or replaced. This service is often used for core devices (routers,
switches, servers, PBX's) where downtime must be minimized. This service is available on a
device-by-device basis for all C
ORE IT Production customers.

ORE's support personnel manage and track customer production assets through an extension of
C
ORE's helpdesk. All defective devices are tracked through the repair and return process using a return
material authorization (RMA) mechanism.

Included with this service are the following items and their benefits:

- Reports - A monthly report listing any and all production device repairs will be forwarded to the
customer. This report also provides cumulative repair history so the customer can easily identify
problem devices.

- Repair Tracking - A web page is available on a 24 by 7 basis with progress on the repair process.
This keeps you up to date, so you can plan around the logistics of repair.

- Temporary Replacement - Since C
ORE is managing your IT Production Environment, we already have
backups so we can quickly provide a temporary replacement. Your back in business while your device
gets repaired. Once your device is repaired, we use the same process to put it back into production.
