CORE's Service Center Team (SCT) is comprised of both Customer Service and Technical
Support staff who's #1 goal is to provide quality customer service and support to our clients.

The SCT's current support schedule is 8 AM - 8 PM Central, Monday - Friday. The SCT is
also closed for most major holidays. After hours support is available on a contract by contract
basis.

The SCT is the first level of support and takes all calls from the customer and document the
issue(s) in C
ORE's ticket tracking database. All trouble ticket entry, escalation, dispatch, and
remote troubleshooting begin with the SCT.
