CORE's Service Center Team (SCT) is comprised of both Customer Service and Technical Support staff who's #1 goal is to provide quality customer service and support to our clients. The SCT's current support schedule is 8 AM - 8 PM Central, Monday - Friday. The SCT is also closed for most major holidays. After hours support is available on a contract by contract basis. The SCT is the first level of support and takes all calls from the customer and document the issue(s) in CORE's ticket tracking database. All trouble ticket entry, escalation, dispatch, and remote troubleshooting begin with the SCT. If you have any questions; please contact the SCT. In addtion to CORE Managed Services, the SCT offers the following services: - Helpdesk Support: Customized Helpdesk Services. - Workstation Support: Desktop / Laptop Workstation support. - Administrator Support: Proactive Maintenance and System Administration. - System Monitoring: Proactive and Reactive System Monitoring. - Device Repair: Repair or Replacement of faulty equipment.
