Workstation Support service is part of the CORE Certified IT Environment in which the dispatch of a
C
ORE support technician to the customer site is required. This is done if remote management is unable
to resolve the issue, or if the customer has specifically requested the technician to be dispatched.
This enables C
ORE to assist the customer to stay operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Included with this service are the following items and their benefits:

- Expert Courteous Service - The customer will receive expert assistance with the issue, whether
software or hardware related.

- Timely Response - When a problem is reported a ticket is created and responded to within 2 hours
during regular business hours. At this point the client receives timely updates and progress reports as
we resolve the issue. C
ORE beleives in keeping it's customers fully abreast of their situation until
resolution.

- Issue Tracking - The customer will be issued the ticket number to keep up to date on the progress
related to the issues. If the problem ever reoccurs, C
ORE will have a history that can be referenced to
aide in historical troubleshooting.
